| basically mk2 rear callipers are notoriously poo, the pistons stick and the handbrake seizes. as you can see i have new callipers to combat this but they still got stuck and the pads rubbed the disc becoming very hot and glowing orange, as i was driving i was saying to my mate how the car didnt feel right but when i stopped so did the wind so the powder coating then caught fire so i was stopped half way up st albans high street with flames coming out of my wheel more damage from the ashes a phoenix will arise though new carriers (bottom compared to old) and to stop further damage mk4 callipers | |

Needed new callipers in a hurry and couldn't find carriers. No I didn't wonder the first thing I did was change the carriers and the problem was still there, the piston is sticking. Hence new new callipers which I wanted to do at some pOint anyway. | |
