| Yer its alright. Getting abit bored of it tbh. I may take it to Chester Sports cars over the winter. They do a really comprihensive bike carb kit and ignition management which will take it to the 160/170 bhp mark. If I dont do that I may sell it and start afresh ....... Time will tell | |

| No major updates apart from me making some Perspex windows at the moment. My rear screen has been in a year now and although it has some scratching it seems to be trouble free. . I took it to TRAX at the weekend and I managed to get there and back (140 miles) on the same tank of fuel which as anyone with carbs will tell you that’s a feat in itself. With one more outing which is Ford Freaks at the ACE CAFÉ on the 18th September then it will go back in the garage for winter. I have afew ideas what to do with it but not sure which way to go. First is to strip the carbs down, re-build, service etc and fit Mega-jolt then take it to Northampton Motorsport for a mapping session Second idea is to trailer the car to Chester Sports cars for there tuning kit comprising of bike carbs and management. With a figure of 160bhp within easy reach in a car that wieghs the same as a back of peanuts it is really tempting. I’ve spoken to Graham at shows and on the phone and I’m warming to the idea of the Chester kit. Like we all know, it comes down to the all mighty dollar so we shall have to see what is available. | |
